Returns Policy
At Lejend Diamond Jewellery will do our best to satisfy our customers; however, we realize that on occasion there may be a problem with your order. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to inspect it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your merchandise then you may exchange them within 14 days in original condition. We offer exchange and/or store credit. No exchange after this time period unless special agreement at the time of sale.
We do not accept exchanges on items that show signs of wear or have been resized, engraved, altered or damaged in anyway.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We are happy to offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING to all Canadian addresses for any orders exceeding $100.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
